The pneumatic dual-station design makes the TCap-PL2 especially suitable for batch production, allowing one cap to be prepared while the other is being pressed. The stable cylinder-driven pressure system helps ensure consistent pressure on every cycle, delivering more uniform transfer results and repeatable quality.
Our heat press is designed with two circuit breakers to enhance system reliability. This redundant configuration ensures that if one breaker becomes inoperative, the second breaker can maintain protection and allow continued operation.
