1. Overview
At MicroTec USA, we are committed to providing professional-grade heat transfer and printing equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns in accordance with U.S. ecommerce standards and Google Merchant Center requirements.

2. Return Eligibility
Most new, unused, and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible items include:
Heat Press Machines
Automatic Heat Press Machines
DTF Printers
Sublimation Systems
Accessories & Consumables (must be unopened)
Items not eligible for return:
Custom-built or special-order equipment
Used or installed machinery
Opened consumables (ink, film, media)
Products damaged due to misuse or modification
All returned items must be in original packaging and include all components, accessories, and manuals.
3. How to Start a Return
All returns must be initiated through our official Returns Portal:

You will need:
Order number
Email used at checkout
Returns submitted without authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Time Frame
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Once approved, items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in the return authorization.
5. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item or confirmed defect):
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to opened but unused equipment.
If the return is due to our error, we will provide return instructions at no additional cost to the customer.
6. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if returned items are not in original condition.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

We will review the issue and provide repair, replacement, or refund options as appropriate.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
