1. Order Processing

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday excluding holidays).

During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. You will be notified if there’s any delay.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

MicroTec USA uses reputable carriers to deliver your orders, including:

LTL Carriers

Shipping method will be selected at checkout based on:

Delivery address
Package weight/dimensions
Service availability


3. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination:

Region Estimated Transit Time
Continental U.S. 2–7 business days
Alaska & Hawaii 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, customs inspections, supply disruptions, or weather.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Package weight and dimensions

Destination address

Selected shipping service

Free or flat-rate shipping promotions may apply during select promotions.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

Tracking number via email

Estimated delivery date (if available)

You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of shipment, contact support@MicroTecUSA.com with your order number.


6. Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages if:

Items are stocked in different warehouses

Items are large or bulky

Carriers require separate shipping

Each shipment may have its own tracking.


7. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

Import duties
Taxes
Customs fees

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check with your local customs office for applicable fees before ordering.


8. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to carrier policies, hazardous material classifications, or regional limitations.

If an item cannot be shipped to your address, you will be notified prior to shipment and offered:

Cancellation + full refund

Alternative shipping options (if available)


9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged in transit:

Lost or stolen shipments:
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we may require a claim with the carrier. We will assist you through the claim process.


10. Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

Incorrect address

Incomplete address

Failure to update address before shipment

If the carrier returns the package to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.


11. Pickup Options

At this time, local pickup is available at our Orange warehouse - unless explicitly offered at checkout or by appointment.
