How It Works

1. Call or Email for Diagnosis
   Contact our technical support team first. We provide phone diagnosis support to help identify the issue.
2. Get Authorization
   If the problem is covered, we authorize shipment of the replacement part(s).
3. Install the Part
   We ship the part to you. You arrange installation (labor is your responsibility).

What’s Typically Covered

• Mechanical failures due to defects in materials or workmanship (after manufacturer warranty)
• Electrical component failures (control boards, heating elements, wiring, etc.)
• Power surge damage (when properly connected to a surge protector)
• Phone diagnosis support from our MicroTec technical team

What’s NOT Covered

• Labor or installation costs of any kind
• On-site service or house calls
• Consumable/wear items (Teflon sheets, pads, blankets, fuses, etc.)
• Damage from misuse, abuse, improper setup, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications
• Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
• Pre-existing issues before coverage began
• Shipping damage after delivery (consider adding Shipping Protection at checkout)
